The Workwear Spot

At The Workwear Spot we only sell products from reputable suppliers that we know and trust. All products sold are provided with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Please contact us via email at support@theworkwearspot.com.au or phone us during business hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday AEST) to organise a return or exchange prior to sending back goods and we will provide you with an address at that time or insert address.

Returns & exchanges policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your The Workwear Spot product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.

Changed your mind?

We do not generally accept returns or provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind about a product.  Any change of mind refund is issued at the sole discretion of The Workwear Spot. We reserve the right to refuse a change of mind refund or exchange if it does not comply with these terms.

The Workwear Spot may accept the return of goods where you have changed your mind in exchange for another item or a 12 month store credit against future purchases. Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 28 days of the purchase date.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will endeavour to process your claim within 10 working days. You must:

  • Contact us by phone or email to organise an exchange authorisation code prior to sending any goods back
  • Return the products unopened and in original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase
  • If you want other goods in exchange, pay the cost of freight on those replacement items.

Damaged or faulty items

Any claims for damaged or faulty goods will be passed on to the manufacturer for assessment. We are happy to review photographs of damaged or faulty goods to speed up the assessment process.

If you return an item and it is found to be damaged or faulty the item will be replaced and the costs of the return postage (if incurred) will be refunded to you. If no fault is found in the goods it will be treated as a change of mind return.

Items dispatched incorrectly

If an item has been dispatched to you incorrectly, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for it collection or cover the cost of postage for return to us at no cost to you.

Wrong size?

Please note that size selection is your responsibility. If you order the wrong please notify us as soon as possible and return the incorrectly sized item in exchange for the correct size. The cost of postage for return and replacement will be your responsibility.
